ValueRadar is a free, public tool that tracks SEC 13F filings. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used. We are committed to keeping this simple and transparent.

• Email addresses — if you voluntarily subscribe to filing alerts using the signup form on the site. Your email is stored and managed by Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
• Usage data — anonymised analytics data collected via Google Analytics 4, including pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region. This data does not identify you personally. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not collect names, payment information, or any other personal data. No account creation or login is required to use ValueRadar.

• Email addresses are used solely to send you notifications when managers file new 13F reports with the SEC. We do not send marketing emails or newsletters beyond this.
• Analytics data is used to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

ValueRadar uses the following third-party services that may process data about you:

• Mailchimp (email list management) — mailchimp.com/legal/privacy
• Google Analytics 4 (site analytics) — policies.google.com/privacy
• SEC EDGAR (public filing data source) — all investment data displayed on this site is sourced from public SEC filings and contains no personal information.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes. Full stop.

ValueRadar itself does not set cookies. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

You may request deletion of your email address from our list at any time by unsubscribing via any alert email, or by contacting us directly. Under GDPR and similar regulations, you also have the right to access, correct, or port your data.
